You guys did an excellent job with the creativity and design behind this app, but that just makes your lack of customer care and support and your audacity to charge a weekly/monthly/yearly subscription all the more and disappointing. I’m thinking they’re not actively updating the app or providing support of any kind, which is a huge bummer because 1) it’s probably the best VHS/camcorder app I’ve come across and 2) they can get away with charging folks a subscription for a product that DOESN’T WORK! Even though I had already paid for the app several years ago, I signed up for their new subscription model to see if that might help (“surely they’ll respond to a paying customer!”) but no luck yet.
